Albion Online sandbox MMORPG will soon be available on Steam for Linux, SteamOS, Mac and Windows. Since developer Sandbox Interactive today announced the news. The developers not only want to reach players. Well those who have never heard of the game. But also to welcome MMORPG players who have been waiting for Albion Online on Steam. Which is always bound to happen for a game of this scope.
“Albion Online has been coming along nicely in the past months. And the Lancelot content update has been especially well-received by our community. We think this is the right time to open the game up to the broader Steam audience,” says Robin Henkys, Sandbox Interactive’s Game Director. “New players will not only make the world of Albion Online more populated and vivid. But also allow for new economic opportunities. With more PVP matches and new social connections.”
Rites of Spring event:
Spring has come to Albion: the snow is melting, fish are filling the lakes and rivers, and brightly-colored eggs have appeared all across the land. And during the Rites of Spring event, which runs from March 28 to April 4, 2018. So you can get special time sensitive rewards. Such as two different vanity armor sets. Also a placeable egg-shaped chest for your house. And a special vanity pack to carry your eggs in.
Collect Fool’s Golden Eggs and trade them in for Rites of Spring rewards at the Vanity Merchant. Look for them in special chests throughout the open world, get them by defeating mobs, or pick them up as Arena or Expedition rewards!
