Allison Road, the #survival horror title with a #SilentHill vibe, has 10 days left to meet the £250,000 Kickstarter funding goal. The recent #announcement of the players ability to go outside may help if you are looking to pledge.
According to a Kickstarter update, a look at what lies beyond the confines of the house was provided.
“The story really lends itself to a setting a lot bigger than simply the house, so we tried to come up with something that really is in stark contrast to the claustrophobia you will feel when you are inside. When you are in the house, all you want to do is get out. When you are out, all you want to do is to get back to the ‘safety’ of the house.,” reads the update.
Sounds creepy. The update also directs you to some information posted by IGN.

Follow the link and the post talks about how scary forests are at night, with the “uncanny shapes and sounds all around you,” and how the development team plans to mess with the player’s head, both in the audio and visual queues.
So far, 4,388 backers have pledged £143,471 to Allison Road for Linux, Mac and Windows PC.
