Every other Tuesday #ImageandForm posts a #challenge on their blog regarding SteamWorld Heist. The #winner of each individual challenge is inducted into the club of official SteamWorld Ambassadors.
As a SteamWorld Ambassador you will be part of a select few to play SteamWorld Heist before the release. The game launches on one or two platforms at a time, starting this fall, prior to every other platform release (Windows PC, 3DS, Steam, PS4, PS Vita, Xbox One, Wii U, mobile, and of course Linux sometime in 2015). In that, Image and Form will send you a free download code, along with a few spares to give away. While also receiving access to exclusive information about the SteamWorld game series as they are developed.
Now Image and Form’s Brjánn Sigurgeirsson revealed plan the indie developer will be looking to recruit SteamWorld Ambassadors soon.
This week’s challenge will close today (Friday 24th April) at 23:59 CEST and 5:59pm EDT. It tasks you with coming up with “a kick-ass steampunk name for a weapon that will appear in the game.” Picking a winner over the weekend and reveal the first SteamWorld Ambassador the next week’s Tuesday update.
