Cities: Skylines has sold sold 250,000 copies in the first 24 hours of the March 10th #release on Linux, Mac and PC. This has to be a new record for #publisher #ParadoxInteractive.
The Cities: Skylines‘ game world consists of 36 square kilometres, making it roughly 18 times the size of SimCity’s two square kilometre map. That’s impressive when you considers its team was only a scant nine people as of last September for the ambitious metropolis-building game.
Cities: Skylines is available for Linux, Mac and Windows PC. It goes for £22.99 / $29.99 for the regular edition and £29.99 / $39.99 for the Deluxe Edition that includes five historical landmarks. But the best deal so far is on Dealzon through Green Man Gaming.
