City Block Builder Early Access game release delayed for Linux, Mac, and Windows PC. All due to further details from developer Tentworks Interactive. Originally due to hit Steam Early Access today.

Tentworks Interactive has delayed the Steam Early Access release. So the upcoming multi-business management game City Block Builder will have to wait. The Unity 3D was originally planned for a September 22nd release. However, the developer ran into some last minute issues that it would like to iron out. Doing so before putting the game on sale. No new release date has been announced, but it’s still planned for an Early Access launch in 2021.

But we want to ensure that if we’re charging people money for our game that it’s in a polished, playable state,” said Jay Basani, CEO of Tentworks Interactive. “We realize that this is an inconvenience. But we’d rather provide our community with the best experience possible. And that means delivering a pristine product devoid of any major bugs. We really appreciate your patience with us at this time. And can’t wait to bring you the best version of City Block Builder possible. Thank you!”

City Block Builder is a mashup of deep tycoon management games. Doing so with large scale city building elements. Taking place in Los Angeles during the 1950s. The game puts you in the shoes of a young and budding entrepreneur. One who is eager to build their own business empire.
