Cookie Clicker game will be making its way onto Linux and Mac with Windows PC. Thanks to the creative efforts of developers Orteil and DashNet. Available on Steam with 98% Overwhelmingly Positive reviews.

Publisher Playsaurus is proud to announce that the classic idle game. Which is all about making cookies in Cookie Clicker. The game was originally released in 2013 on the web. Which is also actively improved by French developer Orteil. All while including the help ad feedback of the community. Sadly the game is only available on Windows PC. But, you can also expect a build for Linux and Mac.

At the moment, the Steam version is Windows-only; we’re working on Mac and hopefully Linux builds…

Since Cookie Clicker is only available on Windows PC. Although its a pleasure to finally have formal confirmation for Linux and Mac. The developer post from Orteil also states that “I’ll let you know when they’re ready.” You can check out the full post on the Orteil blog or the update. But it’s amazing to see a small indie game absolutely blow up on Steam. Plus Proton is a solid option too.
