Core Keeper mining sandbox adventure game to receive an Anniversary Update for Linux and Windows PC. This is once again due to the continuous efforts of developer Pugstorm. The game is available on Steam Early Access and Humble Store with 89% Positive reviews.
Pugstorm is eager to reveal a new roadmap of content for the hit mining sandbox adventure game Core Keeper. While revealing a host of future updates and features coming to the game in 2023.
Starting next Wednesday, March 8th, Core Keeper will celebrate its first year in Early Access. Doing so with the launch of the free Anniversary Update. This will feature new seasonal items such as birthday hats and a birthday cake. The care will be a permanent increase to the player’s health. Plus a permanent new music sheet for indie favorite Terraria. By finding and equipping the music sheet, explorers can play a track from the fan favorite game. All while using fully playable musical instruments in Core Keeper.
The Roadmap for 2023
Then, later in March, players will be able to download the free Cherry Blossom Festival Update. This will feature new cherry trees and flowers as decor for your underground world. While following up with an Easter Event in April. This will bring in new seasonal outfits, decorative items, and setting effects.
Due to release this spring, Core Keeper will receive the next major content update, the Animal Update (Final Name TBC). Since this will bring pets into the game for the very first time. While allowing players to discover, adopt and take care of a variety of animals. Find the perfect pet and take them with you on your underground adventure. More details on the Animal Update will be coming soon.
Later in the year, a further major content update – the Crystal Update (Final Name TBC) is coming. Due to bring in a brand new crystal-based biome for players to explore. Featuring new locations, enemies, characters, and a huge new boss. Plus new materials, crafting options, equipment, and more.
