Deep Sleep: Labyrinth of the Forsaken game of nightmares aims at Linux via Proton with Windows PC. Thanks to further details from developer scriptwelder. Working to make its way onto Steam.

Developer scriptwelder, veteran creator of the Deep Sleep trilogy and Don’t Escape series. Deep Sleep: Labyrinth of the Forsaken is a thrilling, full-length point and click horror adventure. Plus it’s also the follow-up that fans have been waiting almost ten years for. Due to release in 2023 on Windows PC (with further platforms to be announced).

…the game should easily launch on Linux regardless. I’ve been testing it on Steam Deck and there are no problems with how the game works there!

This is the developer’s comment in the Steam forum. So while we will not likely see a native build for Deep Sleep: Labyrinth of the Forsaken. It would appear that at least there is a Steam Deck focus via Proton. Kind of a step up for the developer, who does not have any games on Linux, yet.
