Eresys co-op horror game will probably get a port for Linux with Windows PC. Which is the result of the creative efforts of developer Ares Dragonis. Which is coming with a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign.
The team behind The Shore is now developing another title. Due to be released in 2023. Under the name Eresys, Dragonis Games is presenting a new Lovecraftian adventure. One that will also take place in a mysterious and dark forest. In contrast to The Shore, the developers are currently working on a 4-person co-op horror game. So that a party of 4 players, playing as Cultists, will face the fears of the Lovecraftian Universe.
Eresys is being built with Unreal Engine 4 and will probably have a Linux port.
This is indeed good news. Particularly since Unreal Engine 4 is being used for development. Which is the better game engine for a 4 player co-op horror party game. Plus the setting is definitely immersive.
