The Escapists 2 gets a Prison Map Editor for Linux, Mac and Windows in 2017. Hence the work of award-winning international games label Team17 and Mouldy Toof Studios. So now we have a free update for sandbox The Escapists 2. The new update adds a much-requested fan feature, a Prison Map Editor.

So the addition of the new Prison Editor allows players to design and create their own custom prisons. The editor is intuitive to use, enabling players to drag and drop elements. So things like rooms, which can be built over two floors, two vent layers and a roof. Finished prisons can then be shared through Steam Workshop and can be played either solo or in both local and online multiplayer!
