Eville social deduction game enters Open Beta for Windows PC, with Linux and Mac due later. All thanks to the efforts of independent developer VestGames. Which is now live on Steam.

Developer VestGames is eager to announce that their multiplayer social deduction game Eville. Entering Open Beta on PC/Steam today at 10am PT / 7pm CET and runs until 23rd January. The game will be launching on PC via Steam Early Access some time in 2022. The Open Beta is available for Windows PC, but runs well via Proton.

Eville will be the second game in the popular social deduction genre published by Versus Evil. The Open Beta will give players a chance to try the game and its myriad of character roles. While offering unique gameplay mechanics, one of which is the day/night cycle. Sine this allows Eville players to free roam the 3D settings. So prepare for the sinister mischief that happen during nightfall.

A dark murder has taken place in the once peaceful village of Eville. So begins a collective effort for those involved to either unmask the co-conspirators. All due to prevent them taking over the village, or just get through the night alive. Built upon a solid setting of deceit, slander, and manipulation. Eville casts players into randomly assigned roles with every session. Each with unique abilities, skills and benefits.

Eville players will have access to handy items and crafting abilities. Spending their hard earned copper during the day on upgrades. All due to help them survive the night or to survive the devious traps. Created by the pesky do gooders impeding another murder.
