The casual RPG strategy Expect The Unexpected makes a 2017 debut on Linux. The games original release took place almost a year a go. Which was available for Mac and Windows in December 2016. The recent Linux release is announced via Steam as follows:

In the lands of Lorhaven, the Gods chose you to carry out the hardest and dangerous task. So you must collect the 12 Runes of Power to restore the order.
So, as the chosen Hero you will embark on an unexpected journey. Since the games a single-player, you will travel from place to place. While fighting off monsters, dealing with bandits and encounter feral creatures. Then loot items to equip or sell, trade goods in towns. Also getting better equipment and profit. While you accept jobs for money and reputation. Then face numerous unique events. Gain experience from skirmishes to learn/upgrade spells and abilities.
