Bedtime Digital Games are delighted to announce that their hotly anticipated second game, the musical adventure Figment, is now available via Steam.
Figment – a hand-drawn and meticulously crafted action-adventure game with puzzle elements. Yet set deep in the recesses of the human mind – is available for Linux, Ubuntu, Mac and Windows via Steam and GOG. While an original and dynamic soundtrack by Danish musician Niels Højgaard Sørensen, a.k.a. Stöj Snak.
So Figment releases following the huge success of Bedtime Digital’s debut title, Back to Bed. Since it received an array of plaudits and awards when released for Linux, Ubuntu, Mac and Windows back in 2014. Known for their quirky and original art direction. The engaging, tactile game mechanics, Bedtime Digital Games have been hard at work on Figment for the past three years.
Jonas Byrresen, Creative Director on Figment, said: “We’re delighted to finally launch Figment. The entire team has worked so hard on this for the past several years, so it’s an amazing feeling to finally see it out there.”
He added: “We’ve showed many parts of the game at conventions during the production, but the full game is in many way larger than the sum of it parts. Figment is at its best when story, art, level design and music work together, and we can’t wait to see what people make of it.”

Figment is a musical action-adventure. Set in the recesses of the human mind: a strange and surreal world. A place filled with our deepest thoughts, urges and memories. Housing the many voices we hear in our heads.
This mind has been quiet and calm for many years. But something has changed. New thoughts have started to emerge – taking the shape of nightmarish creatures who spread fear wherever they go. The only hope is for the grumpy Dusty, the mind’s former voice of courage, to get back to his old self and help the mind to face its fears.
The game invites players to join Dusty and his ever-optimistic friend, Piper. All on an adventure through the different sides of the mind, solving puzzles. All to set things straight, beating back the nightmares. Seeking to restore the courage that’s been lost.
