Finding Paradise is the 2nd full episode of To the Moon’s series. Hence the work of Freebird Games aka Kan Gao. So this time the story follows the life of the doctors’ new patient, Colin. While they attempt to unravel a life that is split down the middle. Also fulfilling a wish that appears to be self-contradictory by nature.

Dr. Eva Rosalene and Dr. Neil Watts deal with dying patients. Or rather, they grant wishes. While giving people another chance to live their lives all over again. However, it’s only in the patients’ minds.

Finding Paradise – Official 2017 Trailer (Linux, Mac, Windows):

There exists a technology allowing doctors to weave artificial memories. So this grants patients a life they wish they had lived, but didn’t.

But due to the severity of the procedure on the mind. This is only used on the dying. This way, that “new life“ becomes the last thing the patient remembers before their last breath.

Despite the convoluted nature, it is usually a standard procedure. The doctors traverse through the patient’s memories. While connecting a signal from its most recent ones to the farthest.

In the process, they get the added benefit of a sneak peek. All to a life of the patient in a way no one else has seen before.
But once in a while, there comes a peculiar case.

Finding Paradise follows the two doctors’ travels. Now they unravel the perplexing memories of Colin Reeds. Fulfilling a wish that seems rather paradoxical. Changing something, yet changing nothing at all.
