Forgive Me My Henchmen will see native Linux support. The games in development by developer EezyStreet. Having now released the official trailer. Which is an interesting mix between tower defense and Broforce gameplay.
So in Forgive Me My Henchmen you play as the typical action movie head bad guy. Deploying henchmen and sabotaging a building to delay an unstoppable one-man army.
And we now have formal confirmation that a Linux port is planned.
“After some research, I have recently decided that this game will port to Linux as well as Windows and Mac. The goal is to have a day-one release for the Linux port.”
Guide your crimelord through 20 levels of carnage and action. Where all the action movie stereotypes work against you. Rig a floor with explosives. While the vigilante dramatically escapes through a window moments before detonation. You then deploy some tommy-gun wielding mafioso to pump the vigilante full of hot lead. Yet your mafioso can’t seem to hit him, no matter how much they try.
Since you may not be able to stop the vigilante. With eight henchmen and various items at your disposal, at least you can slow him down. Reinforce a door with a large cabinet and some goons. The vigilante takes six kicks before he breaks through. As he uppercuts a goon in the face, place a detonator on an explosive barrel. So then you wait until the vigilante gets close…
