SUPERHOT is the first-person shooter in which time moves only when you move. With its mesmerizing gameplay and unique, stylized graphics SUPERHOT aims to finally add something new and disruptive to the FPS genre. See the bullets crawling towards you as you carefully plan your steps and aim your gun. Enjoy the mayhem that is unleashed as you put that plan into motion. Dodge bullets. Take out your enemies. One step at a time.
In addition to a reality-warping main storyline, SUPERHOT features:
- Endless Mode – How long can you last against unyielding waves of enemies?
- Challenge Mode – Take on SUPERHOT with your bare hands, no restarts, timed runs, and more.
- Replay Editor – Edit and upload your best runs for all to see on Killstagram.com.
- Extras – Delve further into SUPERHOT with mini-games, ASCII art, and [redacted].
No regenerating health bars. No conveniently placed ammo drops. It’s just you, outnumbered and outgunned, grabbing the weapons of fallen enemies to shoot, slice, and maneuver through a hurricane of slow-motion bullets.
How does SUPERHOT play on Linux?
Very well so far. Actually, we launched the game straight away. Greeted with the Screen Selector window, then voila right, into gameplay action. An impressive FPS shooter for a singleplayer, and it plays as advertised. WOW!!!
The only thing missing are the System Specifications. Even going by the existing Windows Spec’s, if you have a fairly modern setup, you’re good. No word on AMD GPU’s being supported.
Available now on Linux, Mac and Windows PC, SUPERHOT has already received a 9/10 rating with Very Positive reviews on Steam.
