Free Octodad DLC for Linux, Mac, Windows PC on Steam in a few weeks

#Octodad fans can soon pick up some free DLC for the #game starring the cephalopod dressed as a man.

The new chapters will be quickies such as being able to relived Octodad’s first date with Scarlet – the whole restaurant will pay for this apparently. And the other stars the 2-legger and 6-armer participating in a fictitious medical drama concocted by his children.

Octodad Shorts contains other new scenarios and levels such as:

  • Over 40 new objectives
  • Over 20 breakable plates
  • Over 0 unconscious ragdolls
  • Under 4 new songs
  • An unspecified amount of new octopus sounds
  • Probably a pizza
  • 0 Stealth Missions

A release date wasn’t specified, but it’s expected in a few weeks. If you have yet to pick the game up, it’s on sale through the Steam Summer Sale for $8.99/£7.19 if you want it for you desktop.

Octodad: Dadliest Catch looks really silly (in a good way) to me, as well as endearing. I can’t believe I haven’t picked it up yet. I’m going to have to.

The game is available for Linux, Mac, Windows PC and through PSN.
