hellion freleases new trailer for Update 0.2 linux windows games

Since it’s a challenge to get hype for those games without their Linux release. We are still keen to share details about Hellion for #Windows. Due to the #games Unity engine roots set to make a Linux debut, at some point. The new cinematic trailer presents a fresh new take on things in Update 0.2.

While this Early Access release takes place in a distant future. Where mankind is no longer residing on Earth. The new #Hellion cinematic trailer gives viewers a glimpse of the disaster. Since this is humanity’s attempt to build the first interstellar colony. Beginning with intimate shots of the crew’s quarters. While their personal belongings are all over and floating through the cabins. This trailer hints at the dark force. Since the colony with its inhabitants are on the brink of extinction. All set against the backdrop of a looming sun. These odds of survival are clear in the desolation and vastness of space. With humanity’s descent into fear, anger and violence. Hellion’s cinematic trailer suggests that maybe the stars really are better off without us.

Hellion 0.2 Update – cinematic trailer:

While preparing for Hellion for Update 0.2 via Windows. Developer Zero Gravity have been working on the games optimization and stability. Including enhanced survival gameplay mechanics. Even better navigation and flight systems. So the updated build will include a lot of new items and inventory changes. More weapons, doomed outposts as world events, improved ship and station customization. The new content should add multiple hours of gameplay. Both for existing and new players alike.

Since I haven’t played Hellion for a while, these new changes are a fine tease. Ideally gameplay improvements, new content and features. Which is only available on Windows on Steam and Humble Store for the time being. And while we wait for a Linux release, it’s coming later in 2017. We’ll have more details as things become available.
