Hinterhalt 3 releases toy soldier based shooter game on Linux, Mac and Windows PC. Thanks to developer Felip Guimerà. The games now available on Steam with a full release.
The explosive toy soldier based shooter game is now live on Steam. Hinterhalt 3 is somewhat similar to the Mean Greens but still different. Since you play as different nations on a large number of huge yet baffling maps. While you fight as a miniature toy soldier in Hinterhalt 3 battlefields. All spread across the entire house. Taking on some unique encounters in a more than hilarious game setting.
Ther are currently a total of 20 different maps in Hinterhalt 3. All based on 5 settings boy’s, girl’s, store, office, bathroom. Each battlefield size varies from small narrow maps to large open areas.

As with all good FPS shooters. A core aspect of the game are the distinct playable game modes. Which Hinterhalt 3 does have, including an auto battle bonus mini-game. Plus a zombie mode for all you CoD fan. Each game mode has its own unique play style. Presenting challenges the lead to absolutely messy battles. All full of with tons of action and variety. While the only downside… Hinterhalt 3 is only singleplayer.
Featured Game Modes:
- Skirmish: Eliminate all opponents and protect your team mates. The first team reaching a specific number of kills wins the match. While the other one will go home as the big looser.
- Ambush: A capture the flag based game mode with slight variations. Where the attacking team must capture all the flags within a given life budget. The defending team on the other hand has an infinite number of spawn. So they must defend the flags by all cost. Luckily, it disposes of heavy weapons such as mortars, artillery and static machine guns. Therefore, you can wreck and decimate and blow away the enemy.
- Zombies: Rules are simple in Hinterhalt 3. You spawn, they spawn, you run out of ammo, you need to find ammo, eventually you lose….or…who knows! Obviously, Zombies get stronger throughout the game, making it more and more unlikely to survive and an ever-increasing challenge.
- Commander: In this auto battle based mini-game you define the actual spawn areas of your soldiers and strategically position heavy weapons. Maps are randomly generated and thus require new strategies and positioning per match and the first team to reach a specific number of kills wins.
