Karma – Chapter 1 third person action RPG coming this Spring to Windows PC, then Linux. Thanks to details from indie development studio The Exact Co. Due to release on Steam soon.
Karma – Chapter 1 will be releasing the third person action RPG this Spring. Where you control Karma, a man whose village was attacked and his parents killed in a fire when he was a child. All while you explore a fantasy world set in the Middle Ages. Karma will not take revenge but offer guidance and protection for those who are in need.
The first chapter of an exciting indie game. Karma – Chapter 1 kicks off a epic third person RPG. While combining an engaging journey, exciting puzzles and dynamic battles. All using melee and magic abilities. On top of this, Linux support is in the plan, but not right away according to developer The Exact Co.
The game is developed using Unreal Engine 4.
I will ship to Windows and the Linux version will hopefully come later.
Since the Exact Co. is a studio of one person. This is also the reason for the post release Linux build of Karma – Chapter 1. But since Unreal Engine 4 is being used for development, this certainly offers a Linux option. Not quite as easy to port as Unity 3D. And since one person is responsible for the development, I’m looking forward to a native build.
