Kraken Academy!! dark adventure gets a release date for Linux, Mac, and Windows PC. Thanks to the creative efforts of developer Happy Broccoli Games. Due to make its way onto Steam, GOG, and Humble Store soon.
The official Kraken Academy!! release date is September 10th. While the gameplay puts you in the shoes of a new student who gets time travel powers from a magical kraken. Described as a “groundhog-day adventure inspired by 90s comedy anime”. The games also tasks players with uncovering the Traitor. Since they are a hateful mastermind who could be anyone at school. Kick off your time traveling powers at any time. Also, you’ll be transported back to your very first day! With each loop, your job is to learn more about your fellow students’ and teachers’ routines. And also uncover the secrets of the school. Discover who the Traitor is, and get a little closer to avoiding disaster.
Happy Broccoli Games have released a launch trailer narrated by Brian David Gilbert. The trailer showcases the everyday locations of Kraken Academy. Such as a fountain of blood and an underground lair. Also the lake the resident Kraken lives in.

On top of saving the world, there’s a whole range of other activities to dive into. Kraken Academy!! is split into four clubs: Music, Art, Sports, and Drama. Players start in one club but can join a different one with each time loop. Players can also explore and search the wider campus to learn people’s routines. They can attend parties and help the school’s janitor bring down a crime syndicate.

Kraken Academy!! will be available in English, French, German, Simplified Chinese, Russian and Japanese.
There is supposed to be a demo currently on Steam until launch day.
