Linux Support:

“We don’t have any immediate plans for Linux. But the game runs (except for a couple video cut scenes) on Proton (SteamPlay). After the game is completed and released on PC. We’ll look into Linux in more detail.

The game was created using Unity 3D. So we’re hoping that Unity gives us the ability to port it to Linux. But we’ve never done anything like that before.”

Since this is a very candid reply from Silver Dollar Games. You have to admire the studio for being up front. Admitting to their lack of support. While expressing interest post launch for One Finger Death Punch 2.
Which means, if the games successful, we will see a port. Or Linux gamers will have to resort to Proton. Which apparently works, as a plan B.

Mind you, support for the original release at a Bronze level. So here’s hoping for a Linux port, thanks to Unity 3D. And since the original One Finger Death Punch is successful. It’s time to Wishlist the game on Steam.
