Luna and the Moonling is a puzzle game for Windows and Mac, but will have Linux support incoming via Steam. We reached out to developer Greyborn Studios with some positive feedback for this charming game.
Linux support:
“We do plan to port to Linux. And we use the Unity game engine and the current version has been an issue to port the game. So we are about to start updating the game to a later version of Unity. Hopefully we can port once that is completed.”
Clearly there is no timeline for the Linux port, but it is incoming. This is not the first time we heard about Unity having issues. Since Butcher dropped native support due to a compatibility issue. Which leaves the community having to use Proton.
Luna and the Moonling stars two unlikely friends that must work together to solve a mystery. Working to save their kingdom. Which also takes inspiration from the greatest adventure puzzle classics. These are greatest “push block” puzzle games throughout history. Which get improvements and new ideas and gameplay. The design of Luna and the Moonling will challenge you for hours.
So players have to switch between Luna and her Moonling friend. Since each one has their own unique abilities to solve the riddles of the Moon Isles. And also save Luna’s father from a terrible curse.
Luna and the Moonling is meant to be enjoyed by both old-school and newer generations of gamers alike.
