Memorrha first person puzzle and support

memorrha first person puzzle and support in linux mac windows pc games

Memorrha is a first person puzzle coming to Mac and Windows PC, but we have the game Linux support plan. Thanks to
StickyStoneStudio indie developer. Who earlier this month was showing off fresh gameplay. Since the games coming to Steam and Humble Store this fall.

Memorrha has a scheduled release date for September 27, 2019. So the footage focuses on the game world and puzzles. Since this is StickyStoneStudio debut game.

Memorrha features previously never before seen content. They also reveal the first details about the mysterious game world. The developer has used its time over the past year. While expanding Memorrha to make it more interesting. So naturally there will be more interest from the Linux side. Which mixes in The Talos Principle with Torchlight 2 graphics.

Linux Support:

“But with Steam Play / the Proton layer. It is even more likely to have a linux support. At least that’s our goal.
Please keep in mind, that we are a small developer. With only 3 persons working on the game. And ports for Windows PC, Mac, PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
So it’s possible (if not likely) that some platforms like Linux. Will get support after the initial launch of the game.”

There you have it, straight from the source. Memorrha which is built in Unity 3D, aims first for Proton. Then hopefully given the success of the release, port to Linux.
Since there is a somewhat common issue here. The small three person team. Which crops up quite a bit. The manpower to port to Linux.
Then continuing that support long term, etc. But it is “likely” that we will see a port post release. So make sure to Wishlist the game on Steam.
