Indie developer Pathea Games just launched a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign for My Time at Portia. Hence their forthcoming engrossing 3D open world RPG simulation for Linux, Ubuntu, Mac and Windows.
While having been in development for almost two years. Developer Pathea Games has already made an early demo of My Time at Portia available on Steam (Windows). So they are now returning to Kickstarter looking to raise $100,000. Since this will allow the Pathea team to expand and create an even more detailed. With a vibrant and living world for My Time at Portia.

Born of Pathea’s love for simulation RPG‘s, My Time at Portia is set in a post-apocalypse backdrop. While in development using Unity 3D, yet inspired by the beautiful aesthetic of Castle in the Sky. As well as Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind, yet features gameplay elements inspired by the likes of Harvest Moon, Stardew Valley. Including the Animal Crossing series mixed with Dark Cloud 2. While creating its own unique world.
Setting sail for Portia, a town on the edge of civilization. Players will arrive to find a workshop left to you by your Pa. A place where you can begin to craft a new life, using the relics from the past to improve Portia.
As you build your workshop and your reputation amongst the other villagers, you will gather materials from Portia’s stunning open world: cut down trees, forage for herbs, mine in the ruins and even grow your own garden. There are many unique areas for you to explore including deserts, island, reefs, highlands, marshlands, mines and more! There are even two different types of dungeons – abandoned ruins filled with important resources such as relics and ores for you to harvest and more hazardous dungeons where you’ll be able to encounter and battle monsters!
The world of Portia feels alive; the villagers have their own unique behaviors and will go to school, do their jobs, work out, have fun and have their own stories to share with you. You’ll even be able to befriend and romance the villagers within Portia!
My Time at Portia crowdfunding campaign is available via Kickstarter. Since the games set to make a debut on Linux, Ubuntu, Mac and Windows.
