His successful tenure at Frogster Online Gaming, where he served as CEO and was responsible for discovering and commercializing Runes of Magic among other titles, has given Weidenhaupt valuable experience in running a games publisher focused on online games. His knowledge of the games industry comes from experience playing hundreds of online games since 1997, and licensing more than a half-dozen AAA titles and successfully bringing them to market. A serial entrepreneur, Weidenhaupt founded Onlinewelten, the largest European online game portal back in 2004, and Frogster Online Gaming and Frogster America in 2008.
