Nimbatus celebrates one year since version 1.0 with a discount via Linux gaming, Mac, and Windows PC. Thanks to further efforts of developer Stray Fawn Studio. Which is half price on Steam, but regular price on Humble Store.

Nimbatus is a game about space exploration, science and creativity. Since players will have to craft custom drones from multiple parts. Then send them out into a procedurally generated galaxy. All to collect resources and complete missions. Drones can be controlled by players or function as fully autonomous entities using logic and sensor parts. Different enemies, biomes and completely destructible planets await.

On top of all this, Stray Fawn Studio are celebrating 1 year of Nimbatus version 1.0. They are also offering a content to win a free Steam key for one of three games. It’s free for all to enter too. You can either use the game itself or the Drone Constructor.

Since its been 1 year, when Nimbatus fully released on Steam (May 2020). Thank you to everyone who supported us and played Nimbatus. To celebrate this occasion, we start a new contest with the topic “1 year anniversary“! You are free to interpret this topic however you want, we just want everyone to have fun and celebrate this moment.

Hint: You can press F9 to create a gif directly ingame (from the last 10s of gameplay). But of course you can also record with any other screen recording tool, as long as you enter a proper gif.

Autonomous drones can be entered to fight other players’ creations in the arena in an attempt to climb up the leaderboards in a variety of multiplayer game modes such as Sumo, Catch, Racing and an all-out Brawl!
