Pillars of Eternity issues will be addressed in upcoming Patch 1.03

#ObsidianEntertainment has already made #plans to #release a Pillars of Eternity patch next week to resolve issues reported by users.

Until the patch is released, the developers have posted workarounds for some of the most common issues.

Issues being reported range from framerate drops, inability to launch the game unless in administrator mode, crashes on 32-bit machines, animal companions becoming stuck or invisible SFX repeating, constant delays for VO, music, and inventory, inability save and more.

Patch 1.03 is expected to be released the week of March 30th. So if you want to have to have a look at workarounds, check out the forums.

There is also an FAQ now posted and a thread available to post issues which may or may not be listed. And most of these issues seem to be more Windows PC related, but some exist on Linux, so be mindful.

Pillars of Eternity was released earlier this week on Linux, Mac and Windows PC.
