Sacred Fire psychological RPG has a solid Demo ahead of the games release on Linux, Mac, and Windows PC. Thanks to developer Poetic Studio. Letting you take a dip into gameplay via Steam.

Publisher Iceberg Interactive and developer Poetic Studio are eager to show off gameplay. Letting players experience the foreseen psychological RPG that is Sacred Fire. The games first public demo is actually impressive. Both in the art style and the riveting music to go along with the adventure. Playable via Proton 6.3-5, which runs very well for a Unity 3D. The cutscenes are also fluid without any stuttering.

Sacred Fire – Every Choice Counts

In Sacred Fire, you’re cast as a refugee hunted by Rome. So your actions are a give and take by fear and rage. Build up your willpower to control story choices and master battle tactics. While you outsmart opponents and gain allies. Wage war or strive for peace. End up a hero or an outcast. The choices are up to you.

The demo features the first chapter of the story. Which also plays differently when you select a male or female protagonist. Writer Jennie Kong contributed to the Sacred Fire story. All while creating nuanced but meaningful differences between the two views. The demo features Doug Cockle, Michelle Gonzo, and Ben Britton as important story NPCs.

Alongside the demo, Poetic Studio is announcing that Sacred Fire will first come to Steam Early Access in Fall 2021. The first of three acts will be available on Early Access launch (Windows PC). With the other two coming as free major updates. Poetic aims to involve the community in the development of the game. Fleshing out the story while incorporating feedback. Since support for both Linux and Mac will be coming for the games full release.
