iFun4All, a development studio specializing in the elements of augmented reality (AR), debuts on the NewConnect stock market today. The #debut coincided with the long-awaited information about the #release of the largest iFun4All’s production up to date – the game Serial Cleaner, set in the fashionable realities of the 70’s. Serial Cleaner will enter Steam Early Access next Thursday, on the 29th of September, 2016.
Serial Cleaner will be available on Steam Early Access for Linux, Mac and Windows PC for $9.99 USD (in the first week players will have the opportunity to buy the game 10% cheaper). Ultimately the price will increase to USD 14,99. – Serial Cleaner is our biggest and best production so far. The game boasted great feedback at Gamescom and PAX West. We’re sure that the Early Access version will help us building interest in the game around the world as well as help us make Serial Cleaner even better, thanks to players’ feedback – explains Michal Mielcarek, iFun4All’s CEO .
The total amount of 13 112 000 shares will be available in the public trading: 10 912 000 series A shares and 2 200 000 series B shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each. In the private placement preceding the NewConnect debut, series B bonds were offered each at PLN 1 and were very popular among investors. Most of the shares were bought by institutions. The company raised a total of PLN 2.2 mln – Such a huge popularity is the result of our specialization, which has already become our focus, while we worked on our previous titles and we continue going the taken path in our latest production, Serial Cleaner – reminds the iFun4All’s President.
iFun4All uses Real-World Data technology in its productions. It’s an element of augmented reality (AR). The company from Krakow, Poland, strives to create recognizable IPs, based on the constantly developed specialization. Serial Cleaner, the game iFun4All is currently working on, managed to build a great interest among players and journalists, who shared their positive opinions in various publications, articles and previews already after the first international presentation of Serial Cleaner.
