Indie developer Tanuki-sama Studios are proud to share that their community has smashed their latest crowdfunding goal. Doing so just days after launch.
Tanuki-sama Studios (TSS) are the creators of the award-winning Nina Aquila franchise. They asked their community to help crowdfund part of the budget for a piece of key art. Due to pair with the acclaimed Nina Aquila: Legal Eagle, Season One. Which we already know has Positive success on Linux, the Steam Deck, and Windows PC.
Tanuki-sama Studios has successfully produced its games on a budget. All while raising funds progressively by creating repeatedly, more ambitious products. Buoyed by support from their community. This string of successes led to the creation of Nina Aquila: Legal Eagle, Season One. A title that has, on multiple occasions, held the top spot in several well known categories on itch. And also winning the “Best of November 2020” award on Newgrounds.

Recently, fans also level up to help fund several parts of Tanuki-sama Studios’ projects. Including an upcoming key art image to be used as part of the game’s PR materials. This latest campaign tests the community to raise $350 USD in one month. Doing so via sales of Nina Aquila: Legal Eagle, Season One (on Itch and Steam). Including products through TSS’s TeePublic store, or direct donations via Ko-Fi. Through their efforts, Tanuki-sama Studios’ goal has been exceeded in just under a week.
As the effect has earned over its $350 goal before this news release. And due to recent events, Tanuki-sama Studios will be making a donation to the British Red Cross’s Ukraine appeal with the excess funds.
