Daedalic Entertainment has has secured the publishing rights to a new title. The brave new story adventure game The Suicide of Rachel Foster. Also thanks to the Italian developer ONE-O-ONE GAMES. Due to launch on Windows PC via Steam on February 19th, 2020. This is also an intense first person journey. Taking place in the early nineties. While traping players in a barren mountain hotel. Where they must solve a dark family mystery.
The developer has also been in contact via Twitter. Leaving a message with a support update.
The team is currently working to optimize the game to run on Linux. So it seems like it’ll be coming.
The Suicide of Rachel Foster is also being developed in Unreal Engine 4. And to be completely honest. I do have hopes, since the game “is rumored to come to Linux”. So this recent progress message came as a surprise. And more than a month ahead of the actual release too. Check out the trailer below.
