Wander a unique explorative MMO coming to Linux and Windows PC

Wander is a #collaborative, explorative MMO with no combat in which players enjoy the beauty of the #world together. You can play as a variety of creatures over the course of the game will be available for #Linux and PC.

According to a post on the PlayStation Blog, players being by waking in a forest, not understanding why they inhabit the bodies they do, and will follow trails of music in the hopes of learning the secrets of the world and meeting others.

“Playable characters in Wander include the Oren – a walking, sentient tree, and the form you occupy at the beginning of the game; the griffin – with the power of flight; the azertash – with the ability to swim and breathe underwater; and the swift and agile hira,” according to the developer.

“Each of these forms has several unique and gorgeous variants, all with their own cultures, backstories, and specific ways of interacting with other forms and tribes. Along your way you’ll discover lorestones, mysterious records that teach you bits of the history of the planet and its inhabitants.”

We highly recommend you watch Season 1, Episode 1, the graphics are incredible, giving you a better idea of what the gameplay will be like for Wander.

Due in March 2015, Wander is also coming to Linux and PC as well as PS4, and you can buy into early access on the game’s website. Check out a trailer below.
