Last month, Linux Game News brought you details about a new adventure experience, and now it’s hear. Warhammer Quest, the great mobile title, has found a #new home on Steam today for Linux, Mac and Windows PC.

Both standard and deluxe versions of the turn-based #strategy #RPG are on sale with a 10% discount until next Wednesday, January 14. The standard release, priced at $14.99 (currently on sale for $13.49), will net them the full game which includes the four starting heroes, three game areas and a special Vampires and Zombies tileset & enemies pack. The deluxe edition ($29.99 regular, $26.99 sale) earns you all of the above, seven additional heroes, five new areas and the Skeletons & Necromancers enemy pack.

“We’ve been working so hard to make this the best digital incarnation of the classic Games Workshop boardgame!” said Ian Baverstock, Director of Chilled Mouse, the company responsible for the port. “The whole team is so excited to hear what existing Warhammer Quest fans think of our efforts and to introduce Warhammer Quest to a new legion of fans!”

Players assume the roles of several adventurers, including the Marauder, Wood Elf Waywatcher, Dwarf IronBreaker and the Grey Wizard and will guide them all over hill and dale against a great number of wicked enemies. As with all Warhammer titles, strategy is key.
