Games developer Fiona Burrows has taken space at MediacityUK’s Greenhouse for her new venture Stompy Blondie Games.
Landlord Peel Media said Burrows specialised in desktop games for the Windows, Mac and Linux platforms.
In a statement Burrows said: “Up until a month ago I was a freelance software developer, but I’ve always made games as a hobby and it’s my first love, so I decided to concentrate on it full-time.
“I started shopping for offices because working from home can be difficult. The Greenhouse turned out to be the obvious choice. Its location at Salford Quays was perfect for me and I fell in-love with the building as soon as I arrived. I’m sure that forging good relationships with the other businesses at MediaCityUK will be more than fruitful.”
