In this game, you play as a young Shinobi adventurer exploring ancient ruins. The world you live in is a bit different from ours, though. In this world, magic is stored in cards, and people use those cards to cast spells and fight monsters. So you’ll need to collect cards, build a strong deck, and use it to defeat evil creatures. Or what may be lurking in the dungeons.
Dungeon Drafters is due to feature roguelite elements. This also means that every time you play the game on Linux, the dungeons, monsters, and items will be different. As a result, you will never know what to expect. And you’ll need to be quick on your feet if you want to survive.

In the gameplay that DANGEN Entertainment released, you get to see a short run through one of the dungeons called the Misty Ruins Grove. The character the player controls is called a Shinobi, a type of ninja. The Shinobi is very fast and can move around the dungeon quickly. The player uses a deck of cards to cast spells and attack enemies. Some of the cards a Linux player uses in this gameplay are called Flame Ring, Fury Swipes, and Gust. There are also movement cards like Shadow Walk, Vault, and Hook. Those that the player can use to avoid traps and get past obstacles.
As you play through Dungeon Drafters on Linux, you’ll face all sorts of different enemies. Each with their own strengths and weaknesses. As you can see in the gameplay, some enemies might be weak against fire spells. While others might be immune to them. You’ll need to figure out the best way to use your deck of cards to defeat each enemy you encounter.
When you’re not exploring dungeons, you’ll be back in town, where you can buy new cards. Here you can also sell your old ones, and talk to other adventurers. You might even run into some lost adventurers who need your help. If you can rescue them, they might give you a valuable message or even join you on your next dungeon run.
