Commandos 2 – HD Remaster coming release date for Windows PC, as well as Linux and Mac. Thanks to developers Yippee! Entertainment and Torus Games. Due to release in 2020 via Steam.
Strategy specialists Kalypso Media have announced a January 24, 2020 release. So the iconic strategy revamps Commandos 2 – HD Remaster will be available on Windows PC. While the Mac and Linux versions of Commandos 2 – HD Remaster will follow in Spring 2020. There is no release date yet. Those who pre-order exclusively from the Kalypso Store also have access to each game’s closed beta. But this is only available for Windows PC, beginning December 13th.
What can you look forward to in this beta? A revamped tutorial and high definition makeover. Also access to each game’s campaign missions and skirmish maps.

This is also the same time the console versions (PlayStation®4, Xbox One) and Nintendo Switch launch. But since we still don’t have a Linux release date. It seems Yippee! Entertainment and Torus Games are using Windows PC as a soft launch.
