Trigon: Space Story the roguelike single-player game now offers hope for Linux with Windows PC. Due to recent details from developer Sernur.tech. Working to make its way onto Steam in 2022.
Trigon: Space Story places players in the captain’s seat of a fully upgradable starship. So now, you must manage everything from weapon systems and engines. All the way to the day to day tasks of the ship’s crew. The procedurally generated universe also offers plenty of scope to explore. Doing so in over four chapters of the story campaign. Offering nine sectors each containing 10+ individual systems. With dangerous space anomalies and roving gangs of space pirates, While putting with a complex web of intergalactic politics to navigate.
On top of it all, Trigon: Space Story players will also need to strategize each approach with myriad factors to consider. Outfit each ship with more than 70 different weapons and play from the views of four highly unique species. Each with its own quirks and advantages. The procedurally generated roguelike universe provides a new adventure every run. Since this will force players to truly learn the meaning of “Improvise, Adapt, Overcome.”
This is the premise behind Trigon: Space Story. Now, thanks to a recent comment, Linux news is afoot.
We already added Mac version this year. And on the next build (soon) will try to add Linux version too. It still seems like no big problem for us. Thee chance that Linux version will be on release date is very high.
